The 1988 game against Melbourne might’ve been Simon Madden’s 300th if that rings a bell. He took 13 marks that day, first game back after a year out!
It is interesting because I only ever got to one Windy Hill game and coincidentally it was against West Coast but I think it may have been a loss. I also remember Simon Madden taking a screamer that day.

Tsatas is going to be elite (do I have to say "in my opinion"?) even though he can't laser a ball 50m. He'll be the one taking the ball forward not sideways like Parish

Without a description of how they grade players it's all pretty meaningless.
I totally agree, but I'm bored, and there's not much chatting going on over the offseason (I even visited Bomber Blitz 🤮) . So here, have some more random BS that holds zero value! :D

So, from this tiny, meaningless pool, you need the following to win a flag

A+ x 1
A
x 2.5
B+
x 4.25
B
x 10.25

In 2024 we had the following

A+ x 1
A
x 0 X
B+
x 5
B
x 11

Does this mean that if a couple of our players improve and find themselves rated A or A+, we are within reach of Premiership glory? Absolutely not! We don’t really understand how these grades are determined, and many more data points and teams need to be evaluated to give this any validity.

Obviously, football is much more complicated than this. I'm just trying to liven things up around here for my own entertainment. 🤟
