Im not convinced. Never looked like getting a call up. Was he ever named as an emergency?

Not at all surprised that he was delisted.
I would have been shocked if he stayed on the list after all this time with 0 games to his credit.

With shorter lists you can not hang on with players, after 2 years if showing not much you will be out the door

i feel like when he got delisted then re rookied it was almost a good will gesture at a second chance making the grade given his father and heritage ties.

i have a feeling with most players they know within the first 12 months if they are going to make it or not, with the odd exception here or there that turns it around from delist to the grade

If you play in the middle and can’t run out a game you won’t make it

simple as that
