That particular excerpt isn't fact, it's angry ranting. You can get that from pretty much anyone.

A coach is supposed to be both more measured and more able to extract the good from the bad and get the players all pulling together. Some people respond to a bake, others tune it out; others again crack the shits, and within a professional environment a coach cannot risk getting a third of the list off side in an ill considered moment.
