I just saw a snippet from the Essendon president on the news, reviews he was saying that no Essendon player has tested positive to banned substances (which is true).
However, the substances most likely involved are peptides, these are very difficult to test for as they only remain in the body for hours and there are only two labs in the world able to test for them.
Just because players haven't tested positive for banned substances, it doesn't mean they haven't been taken. Lance Armstrong wasn't brought down by positive tests it was based on testimony and other evidence.
Also, if a club is found to have been systematically doping, will they offer refunds to members and sponsors?
