Well Well.....can anyone pass me a knife so i can cut myself a slice of this humblepie?..but Bay 13 trolling must continue in dark cloudy times as well as fair.

Gee i hate losing to Essendon, although i must admit it doesn't hurt as much now that Sheedy aint there.

Ah well, onto business....even though it was a glorious victory for the Scum, there was still a worthy recipient for the Spud of the Week.

EFC Spud of the Week goes to Paddy Ryder..

for his game of (without looking at the stats) about 1 mark, 1 goal and 1 tackle....and 34 jump up and downs at the centre bounce without touching the ball. And that performance came against two ruckmen younger and less experienced than him.

No...a last minute tackle doesn't disguise a stinker of a performance. Well earned Paddy.

Who is Harry Highpants?

Im sure he is talking about Matthew Lloyd.

The spud of the week surely must go to the opposition ...
Brett Thorton ... thank God the hawks didnt grab him.

Carton footy club, bunch of head wobblers. What happened to you guys winning the flag after stunning victories against powerhouses richmond and brisbane? Don't have enough space here to list all the duds from Carlton, however honourable mentions must go to bryce squibbs and matty poozer.

eh, he's a replacement ruckmen. i don't really expect much from him in the ruck unless we decide to drop laycock, but even then bellchambers will be replacing him.

Up until tonight's game, Thornton was at 95.5% efficiency and has always been accountable of his opposition in defence...unlike Hodge of 2009 who is at 60 something % efficiency and still playing as a loose man at HB.

I'd have to disagree with the AFL. 20-odd touches but how many were actually any good??? I swear it took him until his 4th or 5th touch to have an effective disposal. Can't stand it how he is afraid of any sort of body contact aswell. Worst number 5 ever!!!

HA HA HA HA Terry Wallet u friggen fool how do u feel now.
Don't u know by now that we own your asses.
It was so beautiful to watch our underachieving list outclass your A Grade they know we're coming side.
Just another Carlton tosser believing the hype after great wins against quality opposition in Richmond laugh and Brisbane ha ha.

Oh god i'm loving this. Until next time chump i have the last laugh.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Did this guy really just compare Thornton to Hodge?

I stopped reading after that.

If you saw my thread - it was 2009 comparisons - Thornton has had a better 2009 than Hodge - suck it up princess.

yep, comparing Thornton to Hodge.
Whatever helps ease the pain you goose.
3 games in and your getting ahead of yourself mate, give hodge a couple more games in which Hawthorn play well as a team and he will show you how good he is. You reallly deserved the loss last night and talking to people like you makes me happier to be an Essendon supporter.
