I'd say 75%+ of the drama in any rom-com is generated directly from a misunderstanding that would have been cleared up if those involved communicated like... I dunno... normal people. Person A sees Person B talking to Person C, immediately assumes they are romantically involved, runs away, overreacts, etc. Luckily, in the third act, someone explains to Person A that Person B and C had some other reason to interact. Which they would have know. If they'd asked. Like normal people.

With TVMs/miniseries/films featuring actors as real life people, it's especially rare to see a child actor that looks like the real historical person who they are meant to grow up to be.

I can think of only one exception that i saw personally: Carrie Ingalls in "Beyond the Prairie" (1999)

or when the bad guy being chased randomly selects turns or doors which the good guy cannot see, but the good guy knows exactly what path to follow to keep chasing him
or they intuit the path from the outset, smirk and then take a short cut

Andy Keaton is in the photo collage for the same reason that Chrissy Seaver is there, for example - a Cousin Oliver, a SORAS, and both were there for their shows final couple of seasons.

Yes you do like posting pictures of children

If you want the ultimate shark jumper then Ted McGinley is your man

Joined Happy Days as a Cunningham nephew and it ended in 1984 with Ted

Then he sailed on The Love Boat and finished at the shows end

Then joined Married..With Children finishing at the same time

I have a developmental disability plus physical palsy from a stroke in infancy. I can process children's and family shows easier. My carer Ella a couple of weeks ago had to explain to the retail worker why she was helping a grown man buy Where's Wally and world map themed children's jigsaws.

But, then, why didn't you ask me to explain?

The pram getting hit by the car driven by the protagonist, turns out to be a bag lady and her pram full of empty cans.
Keanu Reeves in Speed when Bullock hits the prams enunciates like crazy

"authorised" bio-pics which often commit the sins of fabrication and omission?

(Gus Hedges on rumors about Sir Royston: "If it's not in the authorised biography then it didn't happen!")

When the hero who is outnumbered or outgunned in a foreign land goes to visit a former buddy who happens to live in the area for refuge, and that buddy has already or will before they leave, sell them up the creek.
