Alongside kebabs and HSPs.
Old mate at my Kebab joint hates sending out HSPs as the heat and lids being shut for too long makes it go Soggy.

There's a place I get HSPs from that somehow, by miracle, are always fresh af on delivery.
Hands down some of the best chips ever eaten which I think contributes to how good his HSP holds
