Admittedly i lost 5 kgs in 2 days when i had Ebola/spanish/bird/swine flu in april

But swapped a box of BBQ shapes a night to an egg n lettuce sandwich nightly , diluted my iced coffee by 25% , scrape the mayo off my whoppers , swapped deep pan pizza for thin pan....and water , water , water and some more water.

Doc says yeah but you need to exercise
I'm like " yep........"

You'll be under 100kg in no time!

Where in Melbourne can you get a good (read, good) chicken schnitzel burger with gravy? Been craving one ever since I moved here.

Would recommend schnitz, but try indie chicken and chip joints, you'll get better value, and could score big time and find something really good

Used to have it if not every day, then definitely every other day.

Got out of High School and into Uni and didn't have two coins to rub together. Got a job working nights 4 nights a week at a service station and it all went downhill from there. Pretty much used to have Hungry Jacks (Summer Stunner etc/Chicken Baugette Meal) on the way to work at 6pm, McDonalds (Double Quarter Pounder Meal) on the way home from work at midnight. Plus whatever shit I used to have during my shift. Then Dinner when I got home.Every night pretty much for 5 years.

Probably put on 10 kilos a year for 5 years.

Then got my degree and lost my job. Worked for a while on the tools with the old man. Subway was lunch a lot of the time, Chicken and Chips got a good run as well. Sometimes used to get something to eat while I was out getting lunch. Soon as I got home used to get in the car and go for a drive to clear my head. More often than not get something to eat as well.

Then got an office job. Was alright at first, then got into the habit of stopping off to get something to eat on the way home. KFC in Kew Junction was the usual spot. Salivating at the thought, even now. Ultimate Burger Meal. Wicked Wings. Zinger. Pepsi. Upsized.

Tried to give it up twice, once lasted 4 days. Second time lasted a month. Withdrawal symptoms, the lot. Bouncing off the walls. Miserable person to be around. Third time was the charm. 26th of November 2012, decided to give it one last shot. Went down to Hungry Jacks to have a last meal, got an Ultimate Double Whopper with Angry Onions Meal (would kill you all to get my hands on another one) Sat in the car. Finished it all off. Put the rubbish in the bin and that was that.

Swore off what I call the "Big 4" (McDonalds, KFC, Hungry Jacks and Red Rooster. Basically anything with a drive through) on that day and haven't had any since. Still have Burgers occasionally from places like Nandos, Grilled, Schnitz, Fish and Chips and Subway, but not nearly as frequently. Once a week, tops.

Mother of god. You are large

Are you saying you were 5'8" and 149kg?! or is the 126kg before you lost the 23kg?? Either way..........

I'm 6'5'+ and I weigh early to mid 90's and I wouldn't say I'm skinny by a long shot
yeah ALWAYS been " big "
