jeez that is very disrespectful to a collingwood side that has won 12/13 of there last matches. they should be neck and neck with us especially infront of 70,000 screaming pies fans at the MCG.

Collingwood's wins are simply unsustainable; they leave so much to chance. Bluntly put, they are an extremely weak top-four matchup and if we can't roll them, we have no hope against Melbourne and Sydney.

There is a fair bit of underrating Collingwood here, no team flukes 11 wins in a row. Their team is pretty even across the board, moreso than someone like Melb (trash forward line). A couple of A grade defenders (Moore and Maynard), dangerous small forwards (Elliott and Ginnivan) and an even midfield that doesn’t rely on a single player to get them over the line.

The intangible is their crowd at the MCG, I’ve been at a fair few of their close wins this year including today and when their fans are up and about chanting, it’s extremely hostile for the opposition.

It's been an epic home and away season and our first Final back in Victoria since 2019 is set to be a blockbuster. Just try and tame our mighty blue and white army, let's show Collingwood what we've got. Finals start now!

Match day ticket information for all games of Week One of the 2022 Toyota AFL Finals Series will be announced tomorrow, Monday August 22.

Great time slot. Reminds me of the prelim against wet toast when Stevie J rose from the ashes and appeared on the boundary after we all feared him kaput.
