I would say their Bill Walker room $230 a pop seats didnt all sell so they put them up for the public to buy.

Yeah seems seats in those ^ sections also for sale, even lots of 4 now still. But dont know why Block 306 freed up, but not complaining

Anyone sat there before or now how many rows are in 306, seems only 3 or 4 rows squeezed between private suites...
