How come Sooz's ban is 100% permanent if Bosk, Tazbot, Amstaff etc can come back?

Because Sooz is a known troll and serial pest (as confirmed by David Schwarz). She's not alone in the 'ban on sight' category either, I think Bushie (pre-Lazarus) has fluctuated between being on and off that list.

I usually wander around BF on my Huawei in search of something fulfilling, something greater, what that is I don't know. What I do know is when I'm in the bay and my shiddy phone doesn't freeze and reset itself i have an absolute rippa of a time! Hey Porked04 long time lurker, some time poster, I think you should add something about Deflection posts, ie when a thread is created targeting a certain player/team etc and the selected targets in turn just criticise the OPs team back instead of arguing the point in the OP...
Eg:
Richmond supporter: Geelong have no decent youth
Geelong supporter: Yeah but you have 3 straight elim final exits
Richmond supporter: DEFLECTION

This is only acceptable against Port supporters where 119 is always an acceptable response no matter the OP.

Also, as a novice bay poster I think I had worked out 90% of the references and in-jokes from the OP just by lurking so many years, but I can not for the life of me work out who is Sooz... If someone could explain that would be tops
