My take on it is that the club have given him their final offer they want him to make a decision (or he told them he is going to GWS - unlikely though)

They are now preparing for him to leave so they are getting the team to play without him. I would say that he won't feature much in this last part of the season unless he signs to stay

Due to hfc previous history with injury where 1 weeks becomes 3, no one is surprised when buddy appears more injured

Has been on a bender with Vlad. Strike number 17 issued by AMADA however SADA are not sure if this strike should stand becuase Vlad supplied the gear and he is claiming he thought it wasnt on the banned list.

Why would the club suddenly go from "We're not sure what he's going to do but we do know that he is a HFC contracted player until the end of the season and we're happy as long as he continues to play his role for the team" to making up or exaggerating a knee injury and holding him back from playing for the rest of the season until he signs?

Why would Buddy allow the club to devalue his worth as a player in the AFL by saying he has a knee injury that prevents him from playing indefinitely if he didn't actually have that injury?

The club isn't going to put Buddy offside like this as he could very easily tweet that it's all BS. Then walk into the pre-season draft to be taken by GWS @ $2M/year so that we get SFA compensation.
