Open to interpretation, almost thread worthy.that 30 seconds where o' Gorman barked at grimes to get up, then Blue Bagger doing exactly the same thing (with worst acting) for a certain Carlton goal with a soft 50m
it's going to stick in my craw for a long time. I wanted to go to o'gorman's house in the middle of the night and do some very very unsavoury things.
much worse than broad
Love a bhuja mix
Looking at that list, no coincidence 4/5 frees for are the clubs with the current longest premiership droughts bar freo who have never won one. You canāt say this is all coincidenceWell it's only taken 3 matches and we have yet again taken our usual place at dead last with the umps.

but wears prison bars not a yellow sash
there are still people that think the afl doesnt tell the umps which clubs to favourMakes me not want to watch anymore

Sitting in the crowd today, some were at boiling point.
Itās only a matter of time before someone jumps the fence.
CFL eating it's own,as long as it's Richmond. We have been going with 2 other families for 14 years. Never missed a home game. Both other families still buy memberships to support the club, but don't attend due to frustration of the way we are treated by umpires. We take up 12 seats. Yesterday, 10 of those seats were empty. I'm done. I won't be going again this year. None of us will "lease" our seat back to the club so the seats will remain empty. But as per usual, oppo supporters jump into the members area at 1/4 time and sit in those seats.
Midway through the third quarter, half the row in front of us had left. It is really hard to support the youngsters etc when we are deliberately getting shafter, week and week, year after year. I prefer watching local footy.

CFL don't care about match day attendances. The big money is in TV/streaming rights and gambling sponsorship.CFL eating it's own,as long as it's Richmond.
What a corrupt league.
right on queue we are stone motherless last and the three teams we have played are all in the top 8.Well it's only taken 3 matches and we have yet again taken our usual place at dead last with the umps.

Any other club and this is front page news every yearWe are now officially dead last in free kick differentials 8 years running, including 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and to date 2024.
Players are too scared to lay tackles now because of the umpires.i dont believe it's 100% corrupt but there's definitely elements there! i honestly dont think umpires are paying/not paying free kicks because there's a directive from the AFL
I do however believe in my opinion, in a psychological sense there's a sub-conscious perception on the officiating umpires that sees a biased decision made in 50/50 calls that requires an umpire to decide what a players intent was in any particular situation.
I'm not sure why we are on the negative side of that ledger when it comes to these type of calls, whether its the umpiring fraternity or an AFL negative connotation towards Richmond
it could be a number of things. how our club administration deal with the AFL, how our players are towards umpires or simply how we are always acting the umpiring fraternity be it game day or in the public.
the free kick differential has gone on way too long and consistent to suggest our players are lazy and go into the contest too hard - In fact I feel this has a detrimental impact on how our players play this game now that isn't afforded to other teams.
Coincidentally, Gold Coast under Hardwick have received the most free kicks so far.Well it's only taken 3 matches and we have yet again taken our usual place at dead last with the umps.

I hear ya but still hope you do make it to some of our bigger home games in Anzac day Eve and Dreamtime.
Even the commentators are starting to mention it, most of the frees we give are there but we get crucified when its our turn, the two decisions on 50m penalties yesterday are examples, head high after a mark 50 for Port zip for us, both the same, ridiculous.A few other teams have shuffled the deck but the one constant is Richmond dead last.
But that isn't the true rort.
The non paid frees would be unbelievable.
Richmond would be 40 odd non called frees behind the 17th team after round 3 and I am being conservative.
It's the swallowed pips which kill us more than the ones paid to the oppo.
Thats how the AFL gets away with it non paid frees dont show in stats.Shai Bolton jogging through 10 metre zone in the first quarter = 50
Ivan Soldo jogging through 10 metre zone in the third quarter = no 50
I dont care about giving up free kicks and 50s, but I swear we don't get them back when the same things happen against us?
I remember that one as well. The inconsistency is baffling.Even the commentators are starting to mention it, most of the frees we give are there but we get crucified when its our turn, the two decisions on 50m penalties yesterday are examples, head high after a mark 50 for Port zip for us, both the same, ridiculous.
