Ryan plays best when he doesn't get the ball, you can just tell from the outset if he's hungry to win the contest or hungry for cheap ball and today was the ultimate cheap ball day for Ryan.

Luke Ryan can be an amazing player but when he comes out and just wants cheap touches he's horrible. Genuinely a joke that he takes every single kick-out just to get an extra stat, nobody can convince me he's the best option to be taking those.

Honestly, I don't get the Cox love from fans. He very rarely beats an opponent and all of his touches are just short kicks to Ryan. He's great if the game is on his terms but hes not a great key defender imo.
