Carlton peeps, come on, no one on here wants your advice, stay out

Edit: holy **** Carlton people, how can you think anyone here wants your input on umpires or anything to do with the game. Stay out or get pointed

Clark told Umpire "19" that he believed the decision not to call touched was incorrect. Umpires "19" felt violated and payed a free and a bonus 50 metre due his hurt feelings.

Carlton still has some legacy Visy brown paper bags to disperse.

And throat puncher gets off thanks to Cripps lawyer.

This game just shows how badly we need Darcy. As good as Jackson is in midfield, we need him receiving the ball forward of the contest.

A few changes coming this week for sure.
Darcy in for who? Wouldn’t mind testing out Jackson as resting forward now that Frederick is out.
Johnson is out you’d have to admit

As Fremantle supporters, we actually do have some power to protest.

If we stop watching live broadcasted Freo games when we play Vic teams, then the AFL loses revenue.
We can still support Freo by being members, going to games, listening on radio, watching AFL replays of the game ... but by boycotting Free to air games with advertising and making it known why we no longer choose to support a corrupt AFL we can actually hurt them where it counts.

It won't be a problem for me, given half way through this game I had to mute the commentary anyway given my disgust with Garry Lyon's Pro VFL gaslighting of Fyfe's hit.
Unless you have a TV survey box, not watching the games will do nothing. They won’t know that you’re not watching.

If Treacy marked even half of the attempts he got two hands to today then the result isn't even in doubt. We controlled the game and lost our nerve time and time again at key moments. Tale as old as time.
And if Carlton kicked straighter earlier then the result isn't even in doubt. It's all well and good to say if if if but when the umpiring calls in the last three minutes purely decide the game then everything before that is irrelevant.

As much as I hate Carlton and the influence the umpires had in the end, the players did s**t the bed in the final minutes, lots of dumb decisions.
We could have easily been 3 or so goals up in the final quarter but too many misses and failed opportunities, boys need to take a look at how much they panic in those sorts of situations, massively cost us the game.

Knew it wasn’t over as soon as Walters wanted to hurry the kick to Treacy. Calm down. Kick back, control the ball, get the stoppages going and waste the clock.
What did SonSon do? Took too long to kick to Treacy and turnover.

Annoying felt like smashing the TV but I think we are going OK. Coaching I don't mind the way we played that, weren't expected to win just needed to execute better when it mattered. Slow it down and take time off the clock late.. Players we have added after loses look good.

You're missing the point. We had more than enough opportunity to win that game on our own terms, but we left the door open as we always do. I'm not talking about the game plan mind you, but the absolute brain fades that we seem to get time and time again in our forward 50.
