Is it just me or is this the best list management the dockers have ever had?

Ok maybe one too many years to jom (and for me, walker). But the rest is a thing of beauty - just sign on brayshaw and clark to 2030 and the list manager can take a well deserved couple of years off (on full pay of course!

Would be nice to have Acres and Schultz still on the list but to have everyone else locked away is impressive.

Yes it hasn't been flawless but I like the model.

It's not beating much mind, since all it had to do to take top spot is be "not completely ****ing dire" so...

Still, I think our optimism for the future (possibly very near) is warranted.

His back looks stuffed, I think Tabs has played his last game for the club. Hopefully Darcy stays fit and we see Amiss/Treacy/Jackson as our 3 talls but if any of them go down Sturt, Voss or Reidy should play IMO.

We only have 1 second and Hughes and to a lesser extend NOD are already in trouble

Kicking a fantastic goal from 50m nearly every week in 2022 has inflated everyone's view of NOD. Outside of that he doesn't get much of the ball.

Should really be getting 20-25 possessions a week for Peel to force his way in but just 6 kicks and 9 handballs on the weekend in a team that won easily. 9 disposals the week before.

My opinion on a our list management of players is that we are opening the door for other clubs to come knocking and our team depth could be taken away very quickly.
Eithan Hughes is seriously needed and should have a 2 year contract on the table . Sturt has had a breakout season and deserves a 2 year deal . Nathan O'Driscoll had been injured or unlucky with an infection after surgical procedure. He s has shown you he can play and he's now fit and ready to play . Again worth a 2 or 3 year deal . a regular team player same . He's versatile and can play both forward and defence . Taberner is depth . We have been very lucky with injuries in our first choice forwards . He will be lucky to stay and is traceable . Voss should be offered a 1 year extention minimum. We have 2 young ruckman in Reidy and Knobel .Reidy is AFL ready and without a serious contract on the table he will go the same way as Lloyd Meek . We can't afford to loose him but if we don't play him when one of our rucks are unavailable he will be gone Knobel is just a kid . He should be given more time . Possible rookie contract Williams should be kept IMHO he's still developing . Again a rookie contract .

If we get Bolton to sign on Emmett is vulnerable unless Walters retires . Baker is another player that if we do the deal puts pressure on Fyfe continuing to play.

Who exactly are you willing to let go then? Tabs, Hughes and Corbett are basically gone, but that’s still only 3 and we’ve already replaced Corbett with Voss on the list, need to delist/Trade at least 5 every year.

Worner contracted for next year, Williams is a cat B while the others are rookies, Jones is his 1st year on the list, we hardly ever delist someone after 1 year, Stanley is 1.5 years.
Trialing the Irish boys probably does mean Williams is going to be cut, which is disappointing as he has some good traits but is just too small (slight). But he doesn’t free up a main list spot.

Today was the best chance to see what he could do, absolutely pointless having him if we aren’t going to play him.
