Are you purchasing the tickets today/tomorrow, or when you show up on Friday? I'd recommend the former.

I wanna purchase them today because i am hoping to get the tickets i prefer (bronze, lower level) and dont wanna wait till tomorrow, just in case. SO i thought maybe i can use a membership of someone who isnt going to the game to get them earlier.

Yeah I'm over the argument, but if someone tries to trivialise me I'll respond. And if he tries to claim he wasn't directing his message at me, I'll be interested in learning of the other North Shore concession identity on here who spoke in support of my point of view.

Yeah, all you need is the barcode to book online.

They'll email you tickets to print out, and that's all you need to get into the ground.

Bit of a puff piece on the Swans site about the number of tickets sold. 20,000 apparently.

But as I'm seeing it, with 30,000 odd members for the Swans, plus Pies fans, that's not necessarily a massive number, especially when you consider that plenty of members today would've bought tickets for non-members (I bought 9).

I'm guessing today saw the bronze and silver categories cleaned out, too.

So casual fans will have the choice of the very expensive gold and platinum seats. I'll be interested to see how that goes.

I doubt the crowd will surpass 70k. I think a 60k crowd is a big chance but with rain forecast for much of the week, I think some of the particularly fair-weathered will be scared away. I reckon 58-63k is what we'll get.

Hey guys, stupid question, but I'm going to the ticketek website, and trying to buy tix - I'm a member - but cant see where to enter my member info to buy presale or anything? Haven't bought finals tickets as a member before, so being a bit slow. Would I have been sent an email or something?

There doesn't seem to be an option to paste a membership number, and the ticketek page has updated to the General Public sale at 9am tomorrow.

The back of the level six stands are bronze. Doubt they will sell out of those

But I'd imagine all the ground level bronze ones are gone

They'll probably come online when they sell a few more of the lower level premium priced tickets.

Keep trying, you may need to wait a couple of days but you won't miss out as long as they open one of the top levels...
