Gee that Cotchin shot would have been a bonus if it was a goal. Oh well pretty happy with the first quarter. Now for the real test and that is we need to back it up in the second.

mmmm yeah would have really given some momentum going into quarter time.
Astbury - Leading up well and took a strong mark.
Edwards - Pressuring and using it well...pressure caused a goal to himself
Martin - Slightly sloppy ball use atm
Nason/Nahas - Both applying good pressure and options
Lids - I was already but I am very sold on him back. We need that cool head back there.
Collins - Looking oright getting plenty.
Polak - Good around the ground
Tambling also looked ok as lead up HF
Newman needs to get involved this quarter...

Mcguane was good I thought, Moore wreckless on a couple occasions.
Cotchin been good, Martin as well, just needs to use it better.
Astbury showing more signs. Webberly has a nice kick.
Getting monstered in the ruck but our pressure has been a feature. 2 of our goals come from pressure from the stoppage.

Umpires need to put the whistle away a bit they are trying to ruin what is a good contest.

That was such a good handpass running out of defence by Lids...for once one of our players actually created something by putting the ball in space rather than just firing it at a teammate with 3 opponents on them.
