oh there is no doubt Thomson are the favourites, but stranger things have happened.. BPH are in bloody unreal form.. who knows what the week off will do to Thomson? it's always are a hard one. Sometimes it works a treat and they are fresh and firing.. other times it kills the momentum and they take too long to get back into it and before you know it you're 5 goals behind...

i don't think there will be an awful lot in this game.. 10 points either way..
Jeez Bourky, your being a bit lenient with your tips. Thomson by 12 goals in a white wash.

Should be a cracker of a game, and hope the conditions are fine, but I reckon it will be the tiges again.
I think the break will do them the world of good and run the Hill off their legs in the end.
Either way, my teams not in it, so I dont really care who wins.
Good luck to the Devils in the 2's

Does anybody care to have a guess at who the unlucky B.P.H Panther will be that get's dropped from the side to make way for D.DICKSON to come back in.He hasn't played for a while but got through saturday's ressies game and will be recalled to the 2 o'clock game this week.Heart goes out to who ever make's way for him.

Adrian Carter

this would have to be the 4th week in a row that bph has been tipped to get blown out of the water by the opposition by reasons such as who the other team didnt have last time they met or how they played back then. are a few players who didnt play, wallace did just got injured midway through the 3rd. grgic off by halftime. but i wouldnt say thomson are running into anywhere near the same bph team they 'dominated' in the season. stalbans have them firing and running but should be a good game none the less.

At least there two's are in it too, so wont be all doom and gloom

I think Thomson should win but I love the fact that the Hill have come from 5th, are in great form and are looking to break the flag duck therefore my head goes with Thomson but my heart is with the Hill. Either way they are both worthy winners.

Tip for BOG - Nathan Lewis if the Hill get up otherwise it will go to that other finals specialist in Glen Wallace.

Just read through today's Addy. Couldn't help but read a piece on Brent Mcleod having an infected toe, perfectly described by his father Greg.

Heading into the most important day of the year, it would be a "thanks Dad" for revealing the injury, and precisely where it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i was lining up on him i know exactly where i would be putting the studs of my boots. Silly move dad.

v
Bell Post Hill - $3.30

As I've posted before I think Thomson will win but thats some juicy odds, might just have a saver on it.

BTW Sportsbet are grinning like Cheshire Cats given the early season money layed on Corio

Great value, but only if there going to win, which Im starting to lean towards them after I said Thomson in a landslide, Nice day BPH running game will really test TFC even money almost for mine

well Thomson won if anybody was interested.. anybody got any thoughts on the game.. i didn't manage to get there and would love to know what happened

Wasn't the most skillful game but very hard and tough. Both sides could have won it and I thought when BPH hit the front it was over but old stager Maheras goal was a classic from him and flung the momentum back to them

Not sure who you are but you may have got a red card for knowing stuff all about local footy...You picked St Josephs, South Barwon and Bannockburn by all by heaps. Is that what the administrator gave you a card for. You have no credibility on this forum.

The Red Card came from responding to dead shits like you:mad:

I picked these teams because I thought they'd all win like most people, I don't mind copping grief for crap tips but it's pretty easy to pick a winner after the race is won!

p.s well done Thomson was there ever any doubt after about the 1/2 way mark of the season???

Any truth to the rumors six corio players are taking the club to court over non payment? I heard one player wouldn't even get his gear from the car before the last game until they gave him a cheque.

geez i hope that's not true, that's the last thing the club needs

A massive rumour if true but I think it might stay in the rumour box insofar as them going to court (they might owe players money) as I would think it would take a while after the season for a non-payment situation to escalate to court proceedings.

Anyone know what Scroba is doing in 2009?
I heard he is staying at East but Milky Mahoney reported in the addy he has signed with Newtown?
Milky Mahoneys column is a joke.he gets it wrong everytime with his 'rumours' and 'gossips'.The Addy has lost credibility in my books having him write a 'column'.

I agree 100% there almost worse than rumours, it's just stuff he makes up to fill in his colum.
Skroba had signed up for 2 years well before that article went in the paper, maybe the addy and Milky should try this "RESEARCH"
