both from very good sources,dracca will be back in town within next two weeks wants to play with brother and where father played, only hold up at the moment is the $'s. Wallace will be appointed later this week or early next week, just waiting for souths celebrations to finish.:thumbsu:

well first of all will handley has signed on as assistant coach only and bph havnt signed a coach yet but are looking at a bloke from hoppers.werribee.
Bph also have a few departing unfortunatly.

brad edwards who played at belmont lions last year and now played with grovedale this year is heard to be going back to the lions dean for a bit of cash...good if he did go cause belmont will be a shoe in to win the flag again:):thumbsu:

dont think he will fit into the lions game plan very lazy doesnt want to train, but wot i have herd is that he can play abit :D

haha m8 the coach at belmont hammi williams got $20,000 for coachin them for just this year....$10,000 was from the club and other $10,000 was a bloke who lives in QLD who has a big company up there and he said ill give ya $10,000 to get some good players or a great player and they did in hammi and i think they won the granny didnt they:p

I wouldnt say Thompson are cocky, spoke to some of their players this year and last year when they went through undefeated and they come across as a side that just wants to be sucessful and doesnt except weak efforts or players that dont have any pride in their performance. Over 10 years without missing finals is mighty effort.

Agree..... And from all reports, there will be no let up next season, with plenty of money still budgeted for 08 season.

I first heard of Haami Williams when he played for Sunbury and was equal league b&f having played just 9 games. Can anyone tell me exactly how many b&f's he has won (club and league) and with which clubs?

Won 1 at Geelong Amateurs in about 1992.
Won Belmont 2007
Won GDFL League 2007
League award in Sunbury and assume club.
Don't know if he ever won a b and f at Sth Barwon but i think not.

Thanks for the info mate. I went to watch him play a game the year after he won Ballarat League medal and he'd done his hamstring the week before. What age would he be now?
 
Word is Adam Skrobalak has been deregistered as a coach by the VCFL, but will still be able to play for East next season.

Just wow.
 
werribee centrals to be strong next year!
a lot of the u18s coming up including trent cole, ryan cornish, greg porter and from what i hear a few boys from werribee wrfl u18s switching leauges! will be interesting to see how good the team will be!
