I see that they sell Premiership teddy bears. Bears for the cats?? I would have thought a Half Cat plushy would have been more appropriate?

Yep - I got a photo with it there this afternoon. It was great, very few people in the queue and the Cats staff were really helpful and accommodating..

Was starting there looking at stuff while the guy was talking to his mate .
Waited ..
Did didn't bother with a sale .
So I walked off .

Still nothing from them.

Went there 6 hours later.

Got 2 bobble heads and danger stubby holder.

And they still didn't have the order ready.

Not lazy, just that they don't really do same day Click & Collect, and especially not at the moment while they're under the pump

As per their website, you'll be waiting on C&C orders, so if you're wanting something the same day then best you go in

The staff member behind the counter may not be the one who looks after C&C orders or necessarily have access to that system though

It's often easier for major chains to handle things like C&C because they'd have dedicated staff in those roles and that's their focus - it can be harder for smaller businesses, and while the GFC has a large number of staff, that's not necessarily the case for the Cats Shop

Plus, they don't necessarily fill C&C orders from floor stock - they have a storeroom containing the bulk of their items, and the odd time I've been there when that's been open, it would appear they pack orders from that area
