Although I did combine with StFly a few times...like at the start of the match, for example.

After going away for the start of the off-season to reassess my future in this league I have come back with a fresh mind and I have decided to stay on with the Gumbies for season 14.

I returned to the league mid way through last season to help out the team but was unsure whether or not it was something I could commit to as returning to the rigours of weekly football just didn't appeal to me. However I have had a nice break and am ready to give my all to the cause. The body is getting older and my explosive pace is disappearing slowly but surely, however I feel that I certainly still have plenty to give.

Positional and number preferences remain the same as when I joined last season. I'll be more more active around the club this year and look forward to helping the Gumbies achieve the ultimate in season 14.

No worries, happy to be back.

As I said, had some doubts over my commitment to the cause but a break has done wonders for the mind and has me as eager as ever.

Besides, I polled well in the B&Ffor someone that joined the season late and I've got no doubt that if I commit myself to a full season I'll be able to get right up there.
