The weather has been grey and overcast in Adelaide, but dry all day. The deck should not have too much moisture.

I think the Cats have to start fast and silence the crowd early. Port fans know how to turn the 'feral-meter' up on will.

I am not too confident, but only because hubris has caused me issues in the past. I remain, however, hopeful of an upset.

Feeling the excitement build for tonight

Hoping that some form from the dogs game carries through and it's a big team effort to get the job done

We might push their defence for height with Blicavs floating forward and kicking a couple
Atkins has been a bit down on last year's lofty standards I reckon he dragged us over the line against Port last year let's see if he can do it again with more mod support back
Since both clubs' last game (and win) was against Footscray, let's hope that it's only Geelong's form which is carried through! 😎

Not happy with two goals per game from a 20 year old?
Certainly has some potential …just asking for a bit more and more defensive stuff which we’ll need against Houston and the like…
Tap into ‘competitive stamina’ theory and never be satisfied… people who ask aren’t you satisfied yet? Or well we won last year so just relax doesn’t understand competitive stamina and people who live like this…
It’s a total mindset buy in…anyway I’m reading this now.. some of this was laid out by Michael Lombardi on SEN with Timmy and Gaz Lyon..
But I respect your point

Keep thinking Port are due to drop a game. But then I remember we won 16 on the trot last season, so maybe not such a good theory.

Scott said pre dogs game we have our full complement of forwards and basically premiership defence and now we have Paddy , Duncan and Holmes…..
Port third game in 12 days and we are fresh! It’s go time for this lot! Play like premiers and bring home 4….
No excuses football club! I like it !
That's a pretty fair assessment by CS. Bring it on

He hasn't really gotten back to last year's form. Wonder if it's anything to do with Betts being gone or if it's just swings and roundabouts. Kid was so dangerous last year.
I've liked him since his return. 5 goals and an assist, averaging 13 touches a game is pretty good considering the team has been struggling. Him and Rohan back in gives us easily the best forward line in the comp I think.
