St kilda have done the hard yards in the Prelim. Have a forward structure that geelong will struggle to contain. equally good midfield and defensivegame that can't be beat.

Like Port in 2004 hitting their prime while the latter are becoming a spent force.

70 point win against a bunch of nobodies by only getting clearances through the centre isn't fooling anyone.

Getting nervous?

You should be.

Gotta say I'm getting sick of cocky posts like this from Saints supporters especially considering the opposition we're coming up against on Saturday & the fact that it's been a long long time between drinks for us. Can't we all just hope for a win in what should be an awesome GF without expecting it? I know I am.

Last time we met your leading goal kicker was your ruckman; this time we have the Pill.
Whilst I think Saints should go in as favourite, that statement is moronic.

Reads like a post from a very nervous Saints fan. Not to mention one that obviously lacks football Knowledge.

Don't worry I'm anti Gary Ablett Jnr as well but I just avoid reading any threads about him and I'm sure many opposition supporters feel the same way about us and Nick Riewoldt.

I just think that even though we've been the best team this year, we don't really have any bragging rights until we can beat the best team of the last 3 years (or anyone) when it really counts, and I am quietly hoping, without expecting, that it will be this Saturday.

Why the hell would anyone bar morons be anti Gary Ablett JNR or Nick Riewoldt. They are both brilliant footballers, great to watch(despite the fact that both of them tore us apart in the finals) and should be respected by all supporters.

Boy, what I would give to have both of these stars in black and white!(Anyone want the Lexus centre???)

As an independent supporter, I will be barracking for the Cats on Saturday for 2 reasons 1. I haven't forgiven the Saints over John Greening and
2. Geelong are much better to watch. Play footy how it should be played IMO.

So for me it's the Cats by 11 points.

Reiwvoldt, Kosi, Gardiner and King will count for nothing in the rain.

Cats will belt the living suitcase out of Saints.

I'm just personally not a fan of Gary Ablett, I think he's a great footballer, never said that I didn't, I was meaning more in the sense that I'm sick of hearing about him and I don't like the way he goes about things sometimes, but I'm not here to bag any footballers I was just making a point to that particular post, it certainly doesn't make me a moron, just means that we both have opinions that don't agree with eachother.

I prefer Jimmy Bartel (over Ablett) just for the way he goes about things, from what I've seen of Geelong he seems to me to be more of a team player and a bit more selfess in his game, if you think that makes me a moron then so be it, that's your opinion, and this is mine.

Personally I am a big fan of Roo...
I know quality when I see it...
You clearly don't!

I get all that but still...you're talking out of your ass!
How can a guy that geys his own footy about 30 odd times a game and feeds it out to his team-mates consistently be not a "team player"?
