Mainly to make the game easier for umpires, I'd be happy to get rid of the 15m rule for marks from kicks.

Every kick under 20m pi55es off one set of supporters or the other; half those cop scorn from the commentary team or appeals from players & it's gotta be bloody hard for the umpire to get it right a lot of the time.

IMO, if a player wants to slow the game down & kick it 8m to his mate then feel free - enjoy a clogged up forwardline when you finally get it down there.

Would much rather umpires get Holding the Ball (incorrect disposal) correct that argue about 14m - 16m kicks being marked.
