David Barham seems like he might be a better President for Essendon when it comes to on-field success, whereas Paul Brasher was better for Essendon in off-field financial management and maybe unifying the group, Brasher reminded me of Dicker who specialised in financial management of the club over on-field success, i still have quieries on whether Xavier Campbell or Adrian Dodoro are the right people to be in charge of such important roles as they have shown over many years they have not had the best of records in their roles, but i find it interesting what is happening at Essendon, nearly 20 years without a finals win has to create hunger and desire to finally get things going in the right direction you would think?
