Can someone post a decent picture in this thread? Pretty annoying having to keep looking at Mr 427 every time I open tapatalk.

It's not really unlucky, the bash and crash way they play is not sustainable and results in a lot of injuries.

Yeah, I've actually been wondering if some of the average performances we've dished up are simply strategic on Clarko's part. Our game plan just looks different from previous years. I wonder if stuffing around for three quarters against the likes of Freo, Brisbane, Richmond...is just a means of conserving energy and not risking injury.

We're sitting pretty at the moment while the dogs are starting to look cooked.

True, so why did they keep bombing it into the forward 50 all night? It was doing my head in.
A low mongrel kick into space although ugly would have served them better.

And Stringer tried to superhero a couple plays where he could have done better as a play maker.

Forward line structure and movement is something. For the Doggies to work on the off season. They'll be well-balanced and dangerous when they improve there.

Yes I have wondered that for a while too.

Just replacing this picture I have displaced as well:

Err..... I can recall us thinking that about many Hawks games. Think St Kilda game for example. Bank the 4 points. Next....
You could actually see Geelong were trying hard to score but their skills were average and the Dogs were punishing them despite being down a man and without many of their best 22.

Either way it's serving him well, he was the difference tonight

The nuances of Kardinia Park v Crows and Dogs, as well as the Dogs injuries last night, are the only reasons Cats have come from either of those games with wins IMO. Most particularly last night.

Both those teams weren't able to capitalise on the scoreboard on their periods of dominance due IMO to some unfamiliarity with the ground.

Don't think the Cats are honestly travelling that well and away from KP they have been getting exposed a lot more.

Don't disagree. The Dogs controlled the game last night but just couldn't convert their I50's. Dangerfield kicked 3 opportunistic goals at crucial times when the Dogs were pressing. This type of efficiency won the Cats the game.

good chance the teams 2-6 end up on same wins. percentage will definitely count towards 2nd place. 100+ win to gws is good for them

hawks are playing for wins with minimum injuries
Wondering if they'll fire Hardwick during the week or during the three quarter time break?

Surely Dimma can't get there next year?

I heard a caller on SEN the other day say that it was going to be cheaper to payout Hardwick than it is going to be to recoup 30,000 members who may not renew or lost merchandise sales
