More advertising space. Can someone explain to me why the padding needs to go that high?
This almost makes up for letting Rankine run out of bounds before kicking a goal against us.
Only problem is that it saved Sydney's season.
Who cares. Season over.I know someone involved at the Cats . Wont got into a lot of detail on here but its fair to say a decent chunk of the list including the recruits came back in less than ideal fitness/condition.
Things aren't super rosy behind the scenes either . They are a super professional club so those issues havent come out .
Wonder what nonsense Chris Scott will say in his press conference this time…
He has been thoroughly, thoroughly out coached tonight.
Shows just how much heavy lifting Selwood actually did. Danger isn't close to the leader he was and it shows out on the ground. Bit of arrogance to not go with somebody a bit younger who will be there when they eventually rebuild. Danger won't want a bar of any rebuild. He will be on the airwaves with his fishing show full time in the blink of an eye.W

dees were clearly the best team in 21 and were the best for 75% of last year. I still think their core is really flipping good and will end up winning 2 or 3 when all is doneYep it has real vibes about a team coming from 7th or 8th to win getting on a roll .
Most confident about the Dees though .
Looks like the Swans players knocked the post and caused the padding to shift. Goal umpire might have been thrown by that.
I’d be pissed if it was us in that position.

Should be Ess v Melb, as that was the last team the Bombres beat in a final. Or will that be saved for “Gather” round again?Round 1 2024
Essendon v Hawthorn
Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Bummers ......last finals win
On point. It's the worst midfield in it.Tom Atkins and ……………………………………………………….
No current season stats available
4th of September 2004 last time they won a final , the following week beaten by Geelong …mildly happy, following week Geelong looses …Delirious.Round 1 2024

Even if Crows had of won the WB only needed to beat the WCE today and the Handbaggers were still out.I feel crows were robbed. But it means the cats are out. This makes me happy.
Just wait for players to start whacking the post when the ball goes past, fair chance we'll see it next week if not soonerRe: spike
Tonight for the first time I hear that the ball hitting the padding sounds different from when a players hand hits the padding but atm there is no technology in place for reviewers to know this
I wonder how many points have been called through a “Nick” being captured when it was in fact a body hitting the padding
The goal umpire was 1m away and the ball wasn't even close to the padding, it was well above it. The bloke seriously needs to be sacked, how someone can make that decision in the position he was is a disgrace.Looks like the Swans players knocked the post and caused the padding to shift. Goal umpire might have been thrown by that.
