Also bugs me how they're saying we're a big club, when we're really just a mid sized club, and there's nothing wrong with that either.

We actually do very well for crowds for the amount of supporters we actually have, and to finish top 5 in home crowds is an achievement in itself.

The desperate neediness to be seen as a big club is so cringe worthy. Like your friends little brother wanting to hangout with you and your mates. We're not a big club and we never will be.

Embrace the clubs history and its niche supporter base. It's okay to be the underdog.

I never liked Bartlett either but the current approach is ridiculous. I don't mind Roffey really, if she had a decent admin team and honest coach she'd be great, but in this environment she's actually in charge and we're stuck with duds because the board keeps backing the same stubborn approach in. They keep digging into the sand harder and they keep telling us we're the problem for not yelling loud enough to hear over the sand.
