The Rolling Lockout also allows you to take advantage of the 'EMG Loophole'.

In short, this means you pick a Friday night playing rookie (or one of that plays early in the round) and make him an EMG, say the equivalent to Morris and/or Ellis of Richmond in 2013. Now if this player, say Morris(e) scores 100, then you simply starting a non-playing player and as that non-playing player does not play, you will get Morris' score of 100. Now if Morris (e) gets an injury or is subbed off at half time, you simply start another player who plays and Morris(e)'s score does not count.

What player are you guys intending to use for C loophole? I've currently got Sinclair (WCE) Fwd/Ruck seems to work nicely with Cox in the Fwd line and I don't really see too many other appealing ruck rookies.

Hi I'm trying to enter Mark Robinson's group competition. However, when I click on the group tab, it only enables me to create a Group Competition, when all I want to do is join one! Any help would be much appreciated.
Just look to the right a bit... :)

Cheers for the explanation

still confused tho - so for it to really work you need a non-playing player on each line?

Yeah, it's not going to work every week and it seems it could do you more harm than good. Say kerridge plays this week and you had planned to start him on the field but thought you would be clever and use the loophole. Well he gets 90 and out scores all your other rookies who all played and you have screwed yourself out of points for being a bit too clever. I mean if one week you happen to have one missing you can obviously use it to advantage if the guy was emergency anyway but I wouldn't be changing my team around for it.

Yeah I would think so. So for the example provided there you would have Morris on your bench as E and if he scores 100 then you would play your non-playing player from def who would then score a 0 so you would get Morris' E score of 100. However, if he scores 20 then you would play the player you intended to field initially, not the non-playing player.
I'd only use this if it works out well for my team for that week, probably won't compromise team structure to get something like this going! I don't imagine anyone would.

Sorry if been asked but are other people going to be able to see your side during the partial round 1 lock out or just the players who are locked as each game starts?

Don't want my mates eyeing my side before the teams are finalised!

How do i remove a team from my league? I am the administrator. I think the problem is when i made it i set it us a public league however on top of the ladder it still says 'You Private League'. Is there any way i can remove team from my league? AS it is now full and i want to kick one team out so another mate can join. Cheers.
