It didn't look like they were wearing a coat,it did look more like a trackie top.Why wasn't it fluro green like their tops ?

Jumper? It was a pretty standard water proof windbreaker, in a matte black with a reflective black stripe down the sleeve to the wrists. Looked fine to me.
