well to be honest, losing Rory is a big loss. But we can shift Day back to defence now that Dixon has come back in.

Day forward with Dixon, May, Brennan is quite tall anyway. So It's not AS dramatic as we're making out to be

Plus its not like Carlton have a huge forward that Day couldn't handle anyway when push comes to shove. What 100kg forward have Carlton got other than Kreuzer who is mostly their ruckman?

It could all be strategic

The bigger loss is Prestia moreso than Thompson in my opinion. But we still got some good ones in there in Ablett, O'Meara who are in much better form then their prime onballers in Murphy and Judd.

Would love to see you guys get the Carlton/Collingwood double. Living in Queensland I have watched the Suns nearly every round since they entered the comp and very much appreciate how far they have come.

Think Rory is the bigger loss than Dion, and that's not underselling the Meatball as we've all been impressed with how far he's come.

With Gillbee and Sumner as the emergencies, I think Gillbee might be Dion's replacement.

They do have Henderson who plays forward now. Day will be forced to match up on him I think if Rory misses.

So if both miss, Gillbee comes in for Prestia' midfield spot. Day goes down back to cover the loss of Thompson.

Sumner goes forward to cover the loss of Day, makes our forward line a bit smaller.

Also was in Canberra when GWS knocked you off.....what a long way you have come. Won't wish you luck for the future...you don't need it. Ablett, O'Meara, Martin and a good alround list. Was going to suggest on our Trade thread talking about KPD backup, that we talk to you about Bock and Warnock....you have just about gone past their need to develop the "kids" (Don't know if any of ours would appreciate it)

Reported Casboult travelled with the team, if Rory T out, we could potentially exploit your lack of height down back.Much more confident if Thompson and Prestia out....breathing a little easier
