We have a family membership, and accidentally purchased 2 extra tickets, which are concession. (there is no kids tickets).
I have a mate keen on both, and the lady at the ticketek office I collected from said you can upgrade to full adult on the day and pay the difference. (at the ticketec office at the G)
I'm just stressed that this may not be the case, I'm sure you know what its like when you speak to different people and get two different answers.
Anyone have any experience in this by any chance?
The ticketek line is flat out, cant get through!

If money came off your card then you have tickets.
Your ticketek account number will also be showing on the successful list on their website.
You can pick them up from noon.

One reason would be that if you are going to charge someone's credit card for a fairly expensive transaction on a Saturday, then your systems should at least indicate the purchase that was in relation to by half way through Monday.

Is true. They don't actively market it as a lot of people have eligible children (eg family Kennedy/gold), but don't register the kids.

The doco said they release official ballot results 9am Monday, which they did.

If you are on that list then you got tickets and can pick them up from noon.

They never said that your transaction and seating details would be available anywhere before that.

Please people, don't get shitty with Ticketek, they have done everything they said they would.
