Is the final four set for the year? ??

Why would it be so hard to believe that Quamby will be in the finals? Obviously you haven't been to any games to see how they are playing, very impressive side, got a lot of talented players, messer, Baker, Guidace

Im not having a dig at quamby mate just a big turn around from last year and you didnt mention josh blair he is by far their best player so far

That official wouldn't happen to be a bloke by the name of T. Doran would it?
Wasn't at the game but have heard that there were some questionable decisions made, heard a Nullawil goal was revoked late in the game, putting Wakool back in front, leading to this indiscretion after the game.

The old saying " The umpire will never change his decision" didn't seem to apply in this case by the sounds of it.

Could be him but the decision was never a goal Nullawil tried to play on advantage but the umpire had called time on so play had stopped meanwhile play kept going and they kicked a goal but was never going to be paid there was a scuffle and a nullawil player slapped a wakool player in the face and the original free kick was reversed i thought it was well handled but certainly there were some questionable decisions both ways..

See what happens when you show absolutly no respect for an oppisition that has played in the last 5 grand finals hopefully the young quamby lads will learn from the weekends defeat

Would love to see wandella and quamby both make finals ultima 5th atleast things are close this year in golden rivers
 
What was Quamby and Wakool doing Sat having kick to kick.
The weather was not that bad 3 goals to 4 the game must have been not that good to watch?
 
Heard that Tony Doran got of his handling an umpire charge not sure how with the evidence that was available seems like double standards after what was handed down to the wakool chairman of selectors earlier in the year.

they should look at getting new umpires or just swapping them around with other leagues, they are too one sided, inconsistent and shit never seen anything like it, they will be responsible for someone getting seriously injured one day or even lose a team the grand final... i do not blame the nully bloke for doing what he did the umpires in this league are a disgrace....

I know what you mean some teams get a dream run and the others get shafted something shocking its close to cheating
 
Just saw that Doran got off his manhandling of an umpire charge because the witness wasn't there the witness was in queensland on holiday and Nullawil used a loophole that evidence cant be taken over the phone the GRFL is a DISGRACE

Well lets be honest, Doran hasn't tackled a bloke in footy for 15 years do you really think he would manhandle an umpire? Loophole Shmoophole, how pissweak of an effort by the umpires! There are 3 umpires officiating each week, if this was a serious case of "Manhandling an umpire", you would think that at least one umpire would front up to the tribunal as all would have seen it or if Howden really thought that he was seriously "manhandled" then he would have postponed his holiday to seek justice. I really think this saga has been blown out of proportion!

It wasn't howden on holidays it was the wakool official who walked the umps off the ground he saw the whole thing gave evidence to the investigator was waiting on the phone for the tribunal to call him but weren't allowed because of a stupid rule..
