Hello everyone, I'm new here and it seems I've joined your club. It also seems we were shite last year, and I haven't the slightest clue what's going on, but I'm ready and able to start dragging this club back to the top with you all. I'll have number 23 if it's available!

I'm a big fan of regular football, been watching and playing my entire life. Huge Liverpool fan, so I'm absolutely thrilled for next season despite the tough CL final loss. I'm also a big basketball geek, and, as I'm from Chicago, I'm a massive Bulls fan.

I had a jordan framed poster with fake signature hanging up over my bed when i was a kid. I followed a lot more of the aussie basketball for years because i couldnt watch any of it due to school and them never playing many games.

Im now on the phila bandwagon due to ben simmons. I try to watch as many games as i can but they usually only show 1 or 2 games a day over here.

One of the great Aussies to wear the Bulls uniform. We might have ourselves an okay season this time around; Dunn, Lavine, Valentine, Markkanen, Carter Jr. is a talented and very young lineup.

IMO Donovan Mitchell was a more deserving ROTY (though I'm sure you lot don't want to hear that hahaha)

I don't think a single Australian media outlet even entertained the idea of Simmons not winning ROTY.

Donovan was a beast all season and if he got ROY i wouldnt have been too upset. I sort of expected they might split it and have them share the ROY. Ben not having a jump shot doesnt bother me too much. Of all the things to learn thats one of the easier ones.

He just has great awareness and vision. You cant teach that. And those passes..... fultz is an interesting one. I hope he comes good. But i have no idea. He showed a few glimpses last in the season. I guess we will see soon enough.

Yeah, I think it's just that Liverpool for a while now have been very committed to playing a really attacking, vibrant football and their fanbase is one of the most enthusiastic and widespread in the world. And yes, of course I've seen the replays! Legendary stuff, wish that I had been into watching earlier to have experienced that properly.

As for Rose...he is one of my ultimate sporting heartbreaks. Youngest ever MVP in league history. That potential legend + Butler + a DPOY level Joakim Noah was so exciting. Really sad to see the demise of his knees. I think he'll be a really good scoring option off the bench for the Timberwolves this season though. Man just needs a little bit of confidence back in him.

Also lol the Clippers RIP. Y'all are fully headed to the rebuild.

Definitely, his basketball IQ is off the charts. Plus he's a physical monster for his position. I just think Mitchell is a surreally good pure scorer and was carrying the Jazz by the scruff of the neck through the playoffs.

Greetings gentlebeing, you will come to find that this is the best place to be welcomed before one decides to look at snake oil as an appealing alternative and wander off to places best kept with hazardous material signage.

I wish I could get into the round ball game, but much like golf it often puts me to sleep only with the constant set up for the inevitable small percentile chance, even if it is somewhat hilarious to see grown people flail around like fish out of water at times.
