It is official.

Not sure how I feel. Happy that I don't have to change my username to the Joe Daniher Express, but was kinda hoping we may get something good for the Gumbologist.

Fingers crossed he completes a full preseason and we can get a full 22 rounds plus finals into him. 17+ games and at least 35 goals would be a pass mark for Gumby.

Nah, I think it is telling him we want him for one year!

We have given him six years for SFA and a one year contract is a generous and fair offer. Gumby was always going to sign. This whole saga was all smoke and mirrors. Freo probably paid for his flights to Perth to do their medical. Win win, we get Gumby and Freo pays for his off season break and a second opinion from a back doctor.

May be he did not pass the medical well enough to play hard for him? Anyway wish him the best, if got an option added good on him and hope he can get his career going.
