The point of my post from the start:

The intersesting point that is that in almost all of the replies across all of the opposition teams, at least 75% were on-ballers (i.e Midfielders or ruckmen). In most of the Elite 4 player nominations I have heard or seen for Ess: (Lucas, LLoyd, Fletcher and Hird).....75% are NOT on-ballers. It seems of most of the teams, the Elite players are on ballers. We seem to suffer from this - a great forward line and spine, but we dont have the same qulaity of on ballers (great dominant ruckmen or Elite Lidfielders)....Just very interesting the proportion of on ballers in the Gun category in almost all other teams...!!!
