It has got to appeal to their target demographic. So how about the West Sydney Gangstas because it would be "fully sick, mate".
On a more serious note, I like the West Sydney Funnel webs.
Wolves is not relevant to the people you are trying to attract and Giants is very American which while it may suit the demographic just seems wrong to me.
You could have the West Sydney Slappers which would also embrace the women from that area.
