We drafted Hough, Bazzo and Jack Williams along with Chesser in 2021.
Bazzo is a KPD who has had a lot of injuries but realistically wouldn't have played much anyway behind Barrass amd Gov.
Hough and J.Williams were awesome picks.
In 2022 we got Ginbey, Hewett, Burgiel, Barnett and Long.
Ginbey looks like he just needed the right role, which is half back, Barnett is a ruckman so he gets a pass, and Long looked good before getting injured last year.
Hewett I still consider a bargain despite his injuries, should be our 2nd best young player behind Reid

Personally I think it won't be a lot. What about Allan+Gross vs Langford?
Add the leadership and general quality of Baker+Graham for the next 5-6 years to help develop the kids?

It's too hard to measure for sure, but getting Allan and Gross both made sure it wasn't a loss for us overall

I think so too, but i feel like he wasn't who we wanted. Tbh I dont think we really wanted any of them around there expect FOS, which is why we were so keen to split

Solid? I count 2 guaranteed players from 2 drafts atm for a club desperate for talent & tons of opportunity to give kids games.

Williams is averaging 8 disposals, less than a goal a game and 5 hit outs. Not exactly awesome. Chesser looks a bust & Bazzo barely sighted.

Hewitt & Long have missed the whole of last season after showing tiny glimpses but never blowing apart a game. They could turn it around but are currently tracking like Culley from an outsiders point of view.

Ginbey is serviceable but has been moved from the midfield so looks like an expense pick for an undersized 3rd Tall defender but has time to move back.

JWlliams will be alright.You don't understand the dynamics of the Eagles forward line
Jack suffered from being the third or fourth tall forward behind Waterman, Allen, Darling and at times was dropped to the Wafl to see whether Flynn/ BWilliams could work as a ruck/forward combo which mostl Eagles fans knew would not work.Now that Darling has gone he should get more games/tog i expect he will improve further.
At times last year he looked a better ruck than Bwilliams.
Hopefully Flynn can stay on the field and Jwilliams will be a more than capable ruck/forward.
