hopefully he comes back, i think he can coach he turned that club around with a push for youth, hopefully he had a good rapport with the players and a few follow him to Essendon.

i cringe when he speaks in a media conference!

possibly might be ok behind the scenes in player development but i dont like the idea of he and wallis being reuined at bomberland...all they need then is for barnes to come back and they will be off getting drunk, betting on horses and tapping up women again.

yeah nah only turned their list over with an injection of youth, got several players to improve e.g. turned Tarrants career around, made Sandilands take that next step amongst a host of others etc etc

Got them to win away from home, made the finals last year, wins a final, has the most injuries of any club this year if not second and just misses out on the finals, thrashes us........yeah can't coach.

Oh and was defensive coach of one of the best defensive sides Essendon has seen.

That's how he's always been. Harves has always been uncomfortable in front of the media. This clip makes Drew Morphett seem like some kind of pedophile.

The guy's been involved in our last 4 flags. He's improved Fremantle substantially from what he took over - if Lyon ends up having something resembling the Best 22 on the park next year, they'll be dead certs for top 4 - and they would have been, under Harvey.

Other possibilities: A job a GWS under the old master, or the Melbourne job, since he was also Connolly's understudy.
