Thanks SYL.

Good for him to be in that league, and slowly improving it seems. Still a speculative rookie pick?
If that. Has missed games since. Not sure if playing elsewhere in school footy, or just not making the cut. I suspect it’s the latter.

Bumps"N"Grins may know more, but on this years output I doubt Louis gets looked at by us.

Nate Dear was touted as one to watch only a few years ago, but fell out of love with the professional level of the game it seems.

We have no other father sons eligible this year.

Not in the loop as much as I previously was. I do know that Louis was given every chance at Pioneers this year and showed a heap of endeavour. He was playing seniors at Kyneton under Coach Paul Chapman when not at Pio's, played some good games at that level.
I suspect he is just under the standard to be drafted, but who knows, I didn't think he was up to NAB standard!!!

Grant Birchall’s partner due to give birth to a baby boy very soon

I can see both Louis Thompson and potentially Tom Graham (unsure where he played this year) on the nominations for the draft this year.
And we haven't nominated them as F/S and thus no priority access? Even as rookies (isn't that how Adelaide got Jarman?)

Charlie Crawford is in the under 16's in 2022. He looks like a real chip of the old block, an hopefully loves the Hawks and footy as much as his dad does.

It would be awesome to see another Crawford running around for the Hawks, an many a Hawk fan loved Shane.

Given he is in under 16's in 2022 with footy, the AFL scouts will be watching. Hopefully there may be a few reports coming through like there was for the lions with Ashcroft and Fletcher.

Here's hoping your a Hawk in 2024 Charlie, wishing you all the best.

Tom (Central - John Plattens team) is with the red legs in 2022 where Poppy went to in retirement and Callow came from in the mid season draft.

4 boys.

Imagine if the Crawfs, Hodges & Lewis boys all turn out to be good enough to play AFL & want to play where dad won flags
