I am making this thread for those supporters who actually noticed that the final margin was 11, and not 111. I know some supporters out there are good sports, and this game was a terrific exhibition of Australian Rules Football. So why hasn't anyone acknowledged this?

Here's your chance. Lets try and pick out the positives of the oppositions game, and get a bit of respect and civil conversation back into Bay 13.

I'll start.

• Geelong have a fantastic second tier of players, who really stepped up tonight.
• When the game is on the line, Geelong never lose their cool, and their class prevails.

Negatives: Umpires keep Tassie within 10 goals.

It's bay 13 mate, since when did facts and stats get in the way of the funny stuff...........and it has been pretty funny tonight. Especially the guy who blamed the umpires, that was a freakin classic.

i think you will still see them pop up oh and if buddy had of kicked straight threads too, because we all know that happens most weeks!

In all honesty i thought hawthorn gave it a red hot go and stopped geelong's running game more so than any team this year! Most of their players seemed to handle the big stage fairly well, but i still believe the best side won on the day!

Some Hawthorn positives -

- Geelong missing 6 key players saved Tassie from a 200 point flogging.
- A loss meant Jeff Kennett didnt have to wear that pathetic brown and gold jacket.
- Buddy is the most consistently crap kick for goal in the AFL. And all we look for in young players is consistency, so well done to him.
- Winning tonight would have meant you leapfrogged the Bulldogs, therefore dropping a spot in the draft order. You will now have pick 14, instead of a very mediocre pick 15.
