You obviously have no idea what you're talking about.Originally posted by DaveW
Pick #24 is pretty good in return for a guy who's been playing a lot more for Williamstown than Collingwood of late.

How embarrasing for you!
First you slam what I said in one post and then you go and agree with me in the next.Originally posted by FIGJAM
That's about Scotland's worth.
I would have thought Scoots would be involved in a trade involving Gilbee.Originally posted by hotpie
I'd rather swap for a player than a second round draft pick - then you know what you are getting.

You said it was a good price, with a poor and factually incorrect argument.Originally posted by DaveW

He played the last 14 in 2002, hence my confusion.Originally posted by DaveW

He played in Collingwood's last 6 games - not 15.
That was after playing 4 of the first 19 games.

All the more reason to trade him for younger talent.Originally posted by hotpie
despite having a surplus of players of his ilk.

. So I'll just agree to disagree on whatever it is we're disagreeing on.

I've jumped up and down at his lack of opportunities at Collingwood. He's effectively competing for Buckley's spot and his main weakness is his inability to play positions outside of a centreman role.
I'm a big fan of his, but concede it's time for him to move on.
Assuming Norf is the destination, he'll fit in very easily with Laids at the realm and will be a very good player for Norf. I'll be supporting him in any game not affecting Collingwood.

I'd be happy to do a deal with North, great club for Scoots to move onto...he should do well. 2nd Round pick would be plenty.
