A win is a win, away as well.

Pros:

• Ryan and Clark are AA defenders atm.
• Enjoyed the ruck contest.
• When we win a stoppage and go forward aggressively we look really damaging.

Cons

• Shocking forward line. Multiple non-AFL quality players. Is Jamie Graham a dud? Never seems to change in 8 years now.
• Something is wrong with us psychologically in terms of goal kicking, putting teams away, general ruthlessness. How do you build that? Part of me think its a top down issue and JLo is the one that needs to set the mindset. Maybe time for Serong to go to captain?

Pretty awful game. But we did win and we are at least now able to generate enough scoring shots to win games (against a genuine contender in the Swans and on the road against an admittedly not good Saints). Just need better finishing (and some big changes to our smalls).

****ing hell if we’re so far off then so is literally every other team except for Sydney. We did not struggle in the slightest. Saints were goalless for almost a full hour. They didn’t even look like scoring. We generated easy shots. Goal kicking hasn’t been an issue until the last couple weeks.

We’re literally one win (not even percentage) away from the top 4 but it’s flipping doomsday in here.

Difficult to call the junk time goals. At least one of them was the finishing blow. Unless Banfields goals against the dogs count as junk time?

We dominated them and had a huge number of i50's, but far out, our forward structure is as shocking as ever. Our lack of forward line speed and small forward class is killing us.
