Scored 2,227 with C Cornes as captain. Simmonds was rubbish while I had Wood sitting on the bench.

Very disappointed with my midfield, and J Brown in the forward line, but otherwise a solid performance.

Been out for the day & got home to find i'm 1 player short in the forward line now
Gamble out & my emerg. was B.Reid - Late change as well (What happened to him).

All week was going to trade Reid to Hill & found out on Thurs. he was named for his first run for the year so I decided to keep him & save the trade. NOT HAPPY

So far i am on 1658 with C.Cornes , Salopek , Porps & Burton to come

Yeh I scored 2050 with cox captain!!! waddda..

then like u had Gamble playing, (B.Reid (emer) and Dew)..wadda

This is only my 2nd season in SC, My goal this year is to average 2000 pt per round and maybe even break into the top 1% of the comp. So far so good.

This has been a great thread, have learnt heaps, definitly have a few things to try and implement next year!

Oh and your website was a little hit and miss, looks like players can increase in value more than 99,000 (as seen by Hill's 116,000 rise).

yeh spartan thinking of doing the same trade, will be the first trade of the season 4 me. its always the hardest i reckon, get th eshakes and all!

other then the s.d.thompson trade.....i have still the problem wif stants, i jst dont know alot about him, and after watchin the game i cant c much more then a score of 90 cumin from him!

wat could be my options guys?

Talk you out of it? ok. um... you've got cash cows that are gunna make you good money yeah? like, 4 of them? cause if you have 4 of them, any more is just gravy...

And yes, the website was still running on the initial years magic number.

Said magicness is normally changed for round 3 (However, until round 3, there is absolutely no way of knowing it. )

But this has now been updated and is going great guns.

Also, that 99,900 cap has been lifted. Which is pretty swish. I didn't understand why they had it there in the first place though...

With Stants, don't forget that his initial 44 drops off this week, which means you've probably already seen his worst drop...

But seriously, you know best about your own cash cows. If your not going to have enough, then you should consider it...

The thing with cash cows though, is they are so risky.

Stokes for example. 61, 113, 15 And any of them can do it at any time... which is why trading into them can be such a bad move... (Having said that, like Hill proved, sometimes it can be a great move... provided he doesn't get a 10 next week. )
