Opinion How Can AFC Members/Supporters take action to prevent Trigg returning as CEO

You don't know where he's going to be for the next 6 months.
Well, there were two options he suggested.

One was to go and work for one of our major sponsors, temporarily for top dollar. Some cushy role, few responsibilities, just 6 months of 'advisory' type duties. Pleased that we've moved on from any inside, dodgy business.

The second was to go on a funded junket overseas to get some 'best practice' ideas from other sporting organisations. If he could perhaps take the family to the Superbowl, Wimbeldon, The Ashes, Champions League final, World Series and the NBL playoffs that could be really beneficial for the club. Neil went on a similar trip in between the 2010 and 2011 seasons and it really helped him when things turned pear shaped and needed some new ideas.

Steven Trigg: What about your trip? Did you learn anything there that can help us?

Neil Craig: What trip?

Steven Trigg: The U.S. one.

Neil Craig: Huh...? Oh yeah, the trip! Sorry. Ahem. Is there anything there that can help us. Let me see. Well...

Steven Trigg: Anything?

Neil Craig: Well, it reaffirmed a lot of my beliefs.

Steven Trigg: Yeah, yeah, we know all that. But was there anything we can actually use?

Neil Craig: Yes, yes. I think there was. Bicks, what was that thing I was telling you about when I got back? You remember...?

Mark Bickley: Umm... the Grand Canyon?

Neil Craig: No-

Mark Bickley: That roller coaster at Disneyland?

Neil Craig: Bicks! (Neil makes throat slashing gesture)

Wasn't Craigy going to stay on as an assistant under the new coach after a break from the club?

I miss the transcripts. :(

Although reading one from this whole saga would probably be far too infuriating and depressing.
The transcripts were ruined when the club started doing its own parody of a football club.

It's tough to compete with reality :(

Kind of reminds me of this.....

George: "All I ever heard from my mother was 'Why can't you be more like Lloyd Braun?'"

Jerry: "And in the end Lloyd Braun became more like you...."

This is a new concept I've coined: Life Imitating Spackler Art. Stay tuned, I plan to write a thesis on this.
