The flesh of an orange contained in a banana-like skin would make for very convenient treat.

I like the idea of a Mango Apple.

Texture of apple taste of mango.

Pineapple encased in a mandarin skin. Easy to peel and no prickles, and no bleepin' pips. No way near as funky-looking though.
