I'd add McInerney to this list. Can't think of any clubs who clearly have two better wingers, though admittedly his recent form has been a bit dodgy. Roberts I think would make this list soon enough.

Mills 100% would if actually fit (especially given how good of a defender he is), problem is he's barely been fit for the last two years.

Rowbottom would be close but might struggle to crack a midfield like Brisbane or Port. JJ is the best tagger in the league (IMO) but not everyone plays a tagger. Prime Rampe and Lloyd would be on the list, but not their current equivalents (though Lloyd would be close).
Mills? Barely gets a game for you. Slow, not particularly ferocious, not particularly skilled. Pass.

I reckon you're being generous to a few of our guys.

Not sure Amiss is there yet.

Ryan not on recent form. His kick outs flatter his stats and he's one of the biggest reasons for out slow ball movement.

Pearce has played 122 games in 10 seasons as he is always getting injured.

It was a joke that Ryan's 50 unthreatening disposals a game got him the nod over damaging, game changing rebounders like Max Holmes.

Jordan Clark is a far more incisive ball user. Ryan executes bombs to a pack from his infinite kick ins, or short chips sideways that hold up the play.

He is clearly behind both, Scrimshaw has become so good the past 12-18 months. Impey similar, both ultra consistent.
In your opinion.
I ain't swapping my guy for either of yours.

Wilkie
Naz
Sinclair
Owens

Would love to say Marshall but there's 2-3 better ruckman in the comp as well.

I think Pou and Darcy Wilson could be a part of that group by seasons end.

Scrimshaw is 6cm taller than guthrie so not really a like for like. Both had very good years last year. Scrimshaw probably a better kick also.

Impey is quite a bit shorter than guthrie and great at breaking the lines with his speed.

The most similar player size wise would be hardwick.

Zuthrie last year was an elite interceptor like Sicily and Scrimshaw. Given Sicily rotates forward, with 3 decent talls left in defence, Zuthrie would fit into the 7-8 defensive rotations for sure. Just like Scrimshaw or Impey would for Geelong.

If there are 8 rotations he can make it in, but if there are 7 then he is competing with sicily and scrimshaw and both of them are elite kicks.

Sicily and Hardwick swing forward though. In reality that's one combined regular defensive rotation. Amon gets named on the wing at times. I think Zuthrie's recent form would have him best 22 in this Hawthorn side - he's finishing in the top 5 BnF in a good team. But I accept his underrated status is probably here to stay.

Tom Lynch isn’t even a question if he is fit every single club would be taking him as their first or second key forward.

Vlas slots into every single backline

Nank is first choice at most club/ back up ruck off the bench at others like Carlton and Melbourne with star rucks.

Broad would go close as that glue in the backline player, might be a couple that he would get squeezed out on but not many.

That’s probably it from us.

this is getting a lot of lol reacts but i challenge anyone to say why its wrong lol

We'd take one of your back flankers to replace Mullin.

Darcy Cameron into the ruck so that means SDK goes back to defence and squeezes O'Connor out, so don't need any of your other defenders.

The Daicos brothers, Crisp and De Goey for Atkins, Dempsey, Jhy Clarke and Knevitt

Maybe Elliot (only because I've been a huge fan for years) over Ollie Henry.

6 or maybe 7 of the 19 you've put up would make Geelong a better team right now.

Of the clubs with better ruckmen, which oen those clubs wouldnt play Marshall as a ruck/fwd instead?

Dees, North, or GCS, maybe Carlton if you think TDk has done enough this year to push ahead of Marshall would all play Marshall as a ruck/fwd over what theyve got lol

I think that's a higher bar than people give it credit. For the Cats it's literally just Cameron and Stewart.

They have to be the best in the league in their position to hold it so there should only be 23 across the comp total
might be a bit wider for mids, wings, half backs/ half forwards (just have to be good enough to dislodge one of the 2 or 3)
