Azzi- would think Nicho if he has polled enough votes to this point, but i will go for McGown from Colly. Munson has been figuring reguarly in Osbornes best, he'll be there abouts as will Trent Storey.
think the azzi would have to to one of the top four sides, so possibly Duel-Jindera, Cooper-Howlong, Gilson-Culcairn, Guest-Saints. also think mcgown- coly and palmer-holbrook will feature heavily. would say jindera still the team to beat at this stage with howlong and culcairn the main challengers. saints and osborne quite capable of knocking any of those sides over on there given day. gonna be a great couple of months of footy.
Word on the grapevine has it that Jarrod Twitt will coach Holbrook in 2011 - watch this space.Bloody quiet on here fellas...
I dont think it would go to anyone at jindera as there are too many players that would take the votes away from one another, a very even squad. Where as howlong and bb have a handfull of stars in their respective teams, and then it drops off a bit.
So maybe banks/cooper and shilg/storey.
but i wouldnt be surprised it colys -mcgown polls well, as there wouldnt be too many players stealing the votes.
at this point of the season does anyone want to have a stab at there respective leaders (top 3) in the B&F for their clubs-or in general?

Yeah correct the rumour has been floating around for a while,Holbrook had a good crack at him last year and missed out but they are confident they have their man now.Twitty has a conection with Holbrook and he has been on their radar for 2-3 years, mind you he will need to bring a few with him as their is much work to be done..I also heard that rumour albeit a few months ago. Would think he would be able to draw some quality not only from albury/Wodonga but also from Wagga.
Interesting to see that Culcairn have picked up Nick Paine once he finishes basketball would fit in there nicely one would think. Jindera will welcome back Nick Stubbs this week who finished 3rd in the b and f last year as well as polling well in the Azzi. Gonna be a fun run home.
My tips for this weekend,
JINDERA v Murray Magpies 100+ pts
Winners9
So what happened ?big upset there, may hurt jindera for a top 2 finsh nowWrong, maybe change your name to loser7, cos that was a big furfy champ
Wrong, maybe change your name to loser7, cos that was a big furfy champ
I believe a furfy means a rumour or piece of gossip so how i made this so called 'furfy' up on friday is beyond me. maybe someone of your knowledge could explain this to me? its called footy tipping u kn*bjockey.
back to the football for all you normal people, i watched the bb saints demolish rand walbundrie, i thought this may have been an upset but the saints really put on a clinic. danger team!
The saints are the team that will benefit the most from magpies beating Jindera, they could well end up with a top 2 spot. Favourable draw and good percentage means that if Cul or Howlong lose 2 (which is possible) they will sneak in. Jindera will be resigned to trying to emulate 2008 and come through the sudden death finals.
Huge upset at Jindera.. Saints beat magpies by 100+points but Jinidera beat saints by 80+ points. It could be anyones flag this year!
NOP what happened out there on saturday? I see that Wilson and Cassidy are in your best again.. They appear to be having good seasons. Also heard that Castles Hammie is pretty bad too... Can you confirm?
Jindera nearly came unstuck against Holbrook yesterday. Brookers battled away gamely all day and were unlucky not to have snatched it bar a couple of late ones from the Dogs to get them home. Not all dark skies at Holbrook as H has coached a lot of kids well all year and will hold them in great stead for 2011, especially if they can secure some class to add to the list. Noticed Osborne smashed lockhart yesterday. Watched them mid-year at Holbrook and thought they were woeful and no chnace in 2010, and really could have easily lost on that occassion. Things must of turned around and they can add themselves to the list of flag contenders again.
Is there a problem at the kennel?
Was talking to a jindera player yesterday and he seemed to think ur coach has "no idea", and suggested you will struggle come finals this year.
Puppy Power or NOP you guys have been pretty quiet over the last month or so... Have injuries struck, are the doggies just out of form, or is it that your coach is struggling as suggested?
Whatever it is Jindera hit the hard part of their run home this week, so hopefully you find your form at training this week, otherwise it might be a long run into finals.
The only problem i can see is probably a bit of confidence lacking. Take nothing away from Holbrook they came with a plan and executed it extremely well. (always respected Hollard as a coach)
Also coming off an extremely hard block of training where most guys were training 3 nights a week for about the past 5 or 6 weeks all solid sessions, so some guys can be forgiven for being a bit flat.
With a freshen up on the track and the prospect of playing Osborne this week we're hoping the mojo returns.
I would hate to be hitting Osborne at the moment. They have not lost a game since we beat them at home. They appear to be playing good footy from all accounts.
forum has been fairly quiet of late so lets generate some discussion!!!!
osb they havent played anyone decent since! as we know all the teams match up differently to each other thats why there have been some interesting results (eg the bb saints v jindera and jindera v murray mag) the next few weeks will give us an indication if osb will be able to have an influence on sept
will be a good end to the season. think the spiders are all but guaranteed a top two finish but its the race for the double chance. After look at the draw i think bb saints will get it on percentage over cul. u will need 15 wins to get it so jindera (even if they win all 4 remaining will only end up on 14 wins)
Ladder will be
howlong 16/2
bb saints 15/3
cul 15/3
jindera 14/4
m magpies 12/6
osb 11/7
henty 11/7
r/w 10/8
then the rest.
Unlucky r/w tigers and lucky bb saints but thats the one sided nature of the draw. Dont be suprised if m magpies finish higher than jindera! if u look at the draw its possible!!
Thoughts please
would be pretty close to the mark. If magpies finish a spot above Jindera doesn't make any difference because they would play each other anyway.
Would make a very interesting finals series if it ended this way, first week of finals would be Culcairn v Osborne and Jindera v Magpies.
I still believe any of the sides that finish in the 6 can win. Especially the side that gets through to the prelim against either BB Saints or Howlong.
Whos your tip at this stage???
My tip is Howlong..
BB man up well against all the teams besides Jindera, so if they face off i would back Jindera for the flag!
Jindera wont make the same mistake against the Magpies, and im not sure if osborne are real contenders at this stage. History tells us that once finals time comes they pick their game up. so this weeks game will be very interesting.
But at this stage anyone could play off in the granny! its very exciting to have such an open finals series!!
I see the Border tipped Osborne by 10points! I think it will be Jindera by 40points
Any news on how bad castles hammy is?
May play this week but likely to err on the side of caution and give him 1 more
