I work with a few indians and have 2 at my club there pretty laid back ones ......thank god.

Not really, it determines who you play in the next round. Could be the difference between copping an Australia, or say, an England.

Are South Africa likely to play Australia because of this loss though? No.

There are a clear 2 teams in each group. SA have to play Aus or NZ in the SF (barring upsets), will easily account for SL/England.

Compared to the Australian fans, Indian fans are not rude or abusive. But we can get behind our players quite alot more than any other team.

So far I've preferred matches played in NZ because they've mostly been dominated by bowlers. Thanks to Ireland for giving us the best WC match so far. Apart from that game, almost every game has been predictable and uncompetitive.

Uncompetitive maybe, but definitely not predictable, South Africa were huge favourites before the match, and even at 2 for 90 odd were a huge chance.

As an an Indian supporter I not only understand but respect why people hate us. BCCI is a ugly monster! that's why I not only go for NZ and Sri Lanka, I mean how can't you go for them! *West Indies are shite! They don't count.

Agree here, the only decent games have been Windies v Ireland, UAE v Zimbabwe, and Afghanistan v Sri Lanka from today. All the others have been completely one sided.

Most of the poor matches have been between the big nations. If anything, the matches with the associates have been the exciting ones.

Exactly...today is a great example of that. The more interesting game turned out to be the one involving The associate team and not the one between 2 power house teams
